Any person assigned to a gig gets access to that gig, regardless of whether the assignment is Lead DJ, Assistant DJ, MC, Setup / Helper, or another event role. Account permission controls what they can change.

Earned Revenue follows the event date. Cash Collected follows the payment date. Retainer fees remain visible as cash received but are not earned until the event is performed.

Change standard discounts here without changing code. New gigs use the current rules. Existing gigs keep the discount terms that were snapshotted onto them.

Manage the Google Forms B² watches, sync responses, connect surveys to gigs, and create gigs from lead forms. Question editing opens the actual Google Form.

Owner has full control. Manager has business-wide operational access. Active DJs / Staff receive User access automatically from their Staff profile and see only assigned gigs. Use this screen primarily for elevated access.
